Warranty Period

One (1) Year Product Warranty period commences on the day of receipt of the ordered products.

Shipping & Delivery

1. To WEST MALAYSIA : Free delivery (7 - 10 working days)
2. To EAST MALAYSIA : Fee RM100 (10 - 14 working days)
3. So-Pop will deliver to the address indicated by you.  So-Pop can only deliver to a delivery address which is a home or office address.
4. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct
    

Returns Policy

1. Goods sold are STRICTLY not refundable and not exchangeable.
