Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.
You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:

|Defective||The product does not function as described in itsmanufacturer specification|
|Wrong item||Not the product the customer ordered|
|Missing items/parts||Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging|
|Does not fit||Customer receives the size that was ordered but it doesnot fit|
|Website error||The product does not match website specifications,description, or image (this issue is attributable to awebsite error/misinformation)|

HETCH Household Electrical Appliances are fully warranty against materials and manufacturing faults for the period of ONE (1) year from the date of purchases.
This warranty is void:
If product damaged by accident, mishandling, fire, lightning, abnormal voltage and failure to follow enclosed instruction.
If repaired by unauthorized personal / technician / service centre.
If any part(s) there is altered, adjusted, dismantle, modified or tampered in any types of method.
Failure to present warranty card and purchase receipt when servicing is needed.
This warranty does not cover any parts subjected to wear and tear or any breakage on the product accessory items.
All fault parts and materials due to manufacturing defects within warranty period are entitled for ONE (1) free replacement only.
Other than explicity stated hereon, this warranty does not commit the company to other forms of liabilities.
Effective 1st June 2018, all goods and services will be standard rated 0% upon checkout.
